Thrive Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thrive Bath Ltd will attempt to send booking confirmation and reminders to you by SMS.  If you are unable to attend your therapy session (in the Oxygen Chamber or a POD), we require a minimum of 2 hours notice to reschedule your session, otherwise you may be charged for your session.

If you miss your session, we will try to accommodate you where possible, but cannot guarantee this and you may still be charged.

Oxygen chamber:

  1. There may be times where it is necessary to depressurise the oxygen chamber.  If this happens within the first 15 minutes of your treatment, the session will be re-started. If you are unable to continue the treatment due to the extra time involved, we will re-book you on to another session free of charge.

  2. If you decide to leave the oxygen chamber part way through a session we are unable to offer a refund.

  3. If your mask fails during your time in the oxygen chamber you will still derive benefit from the session if you take it off, albeit the treatment will be less impactful than with a fully operational mask.  Therefore, we will offer a partial credit against your account to offset a future therapy cost. The credit value will be agreed with the chamber operator, and will depend on at what stage the oxygen mask failed.

POD session:

If any POD equipment is not available, or fails during your session (hydromassage bed, red light panel, PEMF, hydrogen machine) you will receive the following money off your next session:

  1. £5 if it is the Hydrogen Machine.

  2. £25 if it is the Hydromassage Bed.

  3. £25 if it is the Red Light Panel or PEMF Mat.

General:

If Thrive Bath Ltd need  to cancel a session for any reason:

  1. For customers who have purchased a session pack of appointments, we will offer the earliest possible date to rearrange your session.

  2. For customers who have purchased an individual session, if we are unable to agree on a suitable date, we will offer a full refund.
