For Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, we suggest a minimum of one session every week, with the total number ranging from 10 to over 40 sessions, depending on your requirements.
Similarly, for The Pod therapies, we recommend starting with a series of sessions spaced over several weeks, with the frequency and quantity adjusted based on your specific health goals.

It is important to be well hydrated and avoid caffeine, alcohol and carbonated drinks before starting a session
Eat a light meal 1-2 hours before the treatment
Avoid smoking at least 1 hour before your session
Do not take powerful medications 1 hour before your session
We ask that you don’t wear perfumes in the chamber
We will supply you with a mask for your treatment
No footwear is allowed in the chamber and a pair of warm socks is recommended.
No lighters, battery operated gadgets or sharp objects are allowed into the chamber.
During hyperbaric chamber sessions, you might experience mild ear discomfort similar to aeroplane ascent or diving, which can be relieved by yawning, swallowing, or other ear unblocking techniques. If you feel any pain over the course of the treatment, notify the chamber operator immediately for pressure adjustment and assistance in resolving the issue.

You should not use the chamber if you have been on a flight in the previous 24 hours.
You should not use the chamber if you are planning on flying in the following 24 hours.
You should not use the chamber if you have a cold, flu or ear infection
You should not use the chamber if you have any of the following:
Pacemaker (unless specified by the manufacturer as being suitable)
Insulin pump
Electrical implants
Have had ear surgery (please consult your doctor)
Pregnant
Suffer from:
Epilepsy, severe arrhythmias, tumors, mycosis
Juvenile Diabetes
Tinnitus
Middle ear infections
Acute severe asthma
Certain types of lung disease
Cataracts

We have two Pods that combine a Hydromassage treatment bed, Red Light Therapy, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, and Hydrogen Inhalation Therapy. Be assured, all these natural therapies are completely safe, with no known adverse side effects, whether used individually or in combination.

It is important to be well hydrated for the therapy to be effective.
No cosmetics or chemical products should be worn when using Red Light Therapy. We advise not wearing makeup/lotions/oils that could act as a barrier and prevent the red light from penetrating the skin.
We advise either a bathing suit or some other minimal clothing so that the light can reach your skin.
We will provide eye protection for your session.

Red light therapy does not contain harmful UV radiation, but it can have an effect on some photosensitive medication. Please make us aware of any medication before booking your session.
Those with cancer or a history of cancer should consult their doctor before using Red Light Therapy.

Mobile phones, electronics, key fobs, credit cards, and anything with a magnetic strip in should be kept at a distance.

There are no known significant side effects associated with the therapy, nor are there any reports of problems associated with excessive exposure to the very low levels of electromagnetic fields generated by the device.

Following our therapies, you can resume your regular daily activities immediately. We recommend staying hydrated after all of our therapy treatments for optimal results.

Yes, we have a wheelchair-accessible Hyperbaric Chamber. However, please be aware that our other therapy options do not have wheelchair access.
